UPCOMING SESSIONS: Friday, April 7, 4-5 PM, “Being Your Own Caregiver”
This session will be focused on becoming a resilient individual, while also serving as a family caregiver. Those individuals that are family caregivers provide a tremendous amount of support and energy to their loved ones. Left unmanaged, the situation can easily lead to burnout, not to mention other mental health vulnerabilities too. Through discussion and practice, the group will explore how to build resilience in your personal life for the betterment of yourself and those you care for. Opportunities for personal support and reflection will also be provided.
