  • Cost: Free
  • How often: Monthly, on the first Friday of each month
  • Time: 4-5 PM

Thank you to the generous support of the WA Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Council and the WA State’s Aging and Long-Term Support Administration (ALTSA) for making this possible!

UPCOMING SESSIONS: Friday, January 6: topic to be decided

The session will be focusing on the topic of finding meaningful ways to promote healthy interpersonal boundaries during the holiday season. For some family caregivers, the holiday season can be light-hearted time of connecting with loved ones. For others, it can add another dimension of stress, which facilitate unhealthy practices. Through discussion and practice, the group will explore strategies to optimize their well-being during the holiday season for both them and those under their care. Opportunities for personal support and reflection will be provided
